Brandi was absolutely amazing with every step of our journey with selling our rental house and the sale of our personal home! Her patients and knowledge was extremely helpful throughout some of the complications we ran into. She stayed very positive and encouraging throughout everything! Brandi recently helped us find our home in Greene County, VA. We could not be more pleased with the experience. As relative newcomers to the area, we really valued all the insights she was able to offer about the various towns and counties. She patiently guided us city folk through things we were inexperienced with – like septic systems and wells. Throughout our search and purchase process, Brandi was consistently responsive and extremely hardworking, always willing to travel to show us properties or oversee inspections when we were unable to attend in person. She was also a skillful negotiator and made our lives really easy through the negotiation and final settlement. There was never any question that she was working for our best interest throughout the process. Finally, Brandi is just a kind and positive person to be around, a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her.

 

I can NOT say enough good things about Brandi! She worked many hours with us to sell our home which included open houses, taking it off the market, putting it back on the market, dealing with some hard headed potential buyers, and buying our new home! I’m sure she wanted to pull her hair out having to deal with us, but at the end of the day she got the job done. She treated us and our boys like family and we LOVED being able to work with her and getting to know her on a personal level. We will be using Brandi again if we ever had to move.
